Correct way of installation is very important. Please double check our installation guide before doing your project.

1.Always leave space (3-5mm) between 2 boards, or between board and wall.

2.Where there are 2 board ends meet, put 2 pcs of keels under each board end.

3.Keep the space of 2 keels at 40-50cm

4.Do not use dlue to install.

5.Do not use our product whrer is always wet and sunless.

6.The length is better shorter than 2.2m. The length is longer than 2,2m, please leave suitable space according to the wpc shrinkage.

1. What is wpc?

WPC is a green building material, it's made of 60%-50% natural wood/bamboo fiber( Professionally Dry treatment ) ,30%-40% of eco-friendly HDPE materials and 5% -10% Chemical additives ( anti-UV agent, anti-oxidation agent, reinforcing agent, stabilizers, color rants, anti-fungus agent, coupling agent etc..).

We are a factory in China. We have more than 10 years professional experience in producing wpc items. 

3.What is your factory main product? 

 Wpc (wood plastic composite)decking, wpc fencing,wpc railing,wpc wall panel/cladding etc. 

4. What is your MOQ ?

 There is no MOQ. But the price will be different.  

5.What is the sample price and sample production time? 

 If you need check sample first , the samples are free; However,you need to pay the shipping charge , and the charge will be refund to you when mass order confirmed . You are responsible for freight. Sample production time Within 5 days. 

6.What is mass production time for one 20ft container? 

 10-15 days 

7. What is the export port?  

Shanghai, Wuhu or ningbo 

8. Can you stick the label with our logo on the boards?

Yes, please provide the label drawing, we can stick the customized label on the board. 

9.Is it difficult to install the wpc board?

No, it is easy to install. Using the tool which you use to install the timber. Fix the board on the substructure with clips.

10.Can it be used around a spa or swimming pool?

WPC composite decking boards are ideal for use around spas and pools.
